My credit\debit card payment was declined, what should I do?
- Place your order again: If your payment was declined, you will need to place a new order. We cannot reinstate an order after a payment has been declined.
- Make the relevant checks: To make sure your order is not declined when you place a new order, we recommend that you check the following: 1. Check your card details to make sure the information is correct, such as the expiry date. 2. Make sure you enter the security code correctly - this is the three digit number on the back of your card.
- Your card issuer may have declined your payment - as they don't tell us why, it's best to check with them or contact your bank.
- If you have checked all of the above, try paying with another card or another payment method.
